Working with different teams taught me that the most important thing for teamwork is having a “Shared Mindset”.

Teamwork isn't just about getting along—it's about everyone working together well to get things done.

In my experience, some might think that being a "team player" is just about getting along.

But in my team, we go beyond that belief. We challenge each other and understand everyone's goals to achieve goals together.

In the past, teams used to be made up of similar people who thought alike and worked together in person. But things are different now.

Teams see themselves as smaller groups, not one big team.

Our brains like to group people to simplify things.

But this can also make us prefer our group, causing tension and making it hard to work together.

As a team leader, it's essential to ensure everyone in the team feels like they belong and understand each other.
