Ever had trouble managing your time? You're not alone!

When I chat with folks about this, a common theme emerges. They admit to feeling pulled away from what they planned to do.

That's what we call distractions.

Think of distractions as things that pull you away from what you want to do, while traction is all about moving towards your goals.

Sometimes it's tricky to know if what we're doing is helping us or taking us off track.

What you intend to do makes the difference. If you meant to scroll through socials, that's cool! But if it wasn't the plan, it's a distraction.

Lots of busy people I know don't plan their time. Their schedules are like blank slates, leaving them at the mercy of everyone else's plans.

Your time is super valuable. When people start planning their time, something amazing happens. They cut down on distractions and feel way better whether it's work stuff or personal time.

What can you do is use Schedule Maker. It's a tool that helps you plan your week, so you always know what you're supposed to be doing.

Once you've got that plan, it's easier to see what's helping you (traction) and what's not (distraction).
